We’ve Gone 100% Biodegradable!

At Wana Navu Kava Bar, we are passionate about providing a unique experience.

After over 6 months of planning, prepping, and partnering with the amazing folks at Organic Life Amendments—a local compost facility right here in Cumberland County—we’re officially a 100% biodegradable business and might we add that we're the first in both Cumberland and Lee County to make this bold, sustainable move.

From cups and straws to napkins, cup holders, and cutlery, every disposable item we use is now fully compostable and is being sent to a local commercial compost facility to be properly processed.

But we didn’t stop there…

- Our compost will be used to help grow the hemp products we serve in our bars
- And a portion will be donated to Seth’s Wish of Cumberland County, helping fight hunger in our community

This is more than a green move—it’s a community commitment. We’re proud to be part of a cleaner, more conscious future for North Carolina.

Thanks for supporting our mission to make an impact
